Comfort Plan Terms and Conditions: ?On plans that do not cover labor, labor is billable at regular hourly rates. ?On heating plans that cover labor, the overtime portion above and beyond the regular business day rate (i.e. the overtime premium) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Automated Heating Oil Delivery Budget Plan Terms and Conditions: The budget plan is only an ESTIMATE of what you may use. You will be responsible for payment for all gallons delivered to you. Variables such as weather and price could affect how accurate your budget plan is at the end of the season. We reserve the right to adjust the budget payments at any time during the season if we deem it necessary.
