If you think your bill is wrong, or if you need more information about a transaction on your bill, write us at the address shown on your bill as soon as possible. You must contact us no later than 60 days after we send you the first bill on which the error or problem appeared. You can call us, but doing so will not preserve your rights.
You do not have to pay any amount in question while we are investigating this claim, but you are still obligated to pay that portion of your bill that is not in question. While we investigate your claim, we cannot report you as delinquent or take any action to collect the amount in question.
The FINANCE CHARGE is computed at a periodic rate of ONE AND ONE-HALF PERCENT per month (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE OF EIGHTEEN PERCENT) on all unpaid balances. To avoid additional FINANCE CHARGES you must pay this balance prior to the 30th day of the current month. Your Finance Charge will be calculated on all balances 30 days and over and after deduction of all credits and payments.
If Bigelow Oil Company, Inc. has to refer my account to collection for any amount I owe, to a lawyer or collection agent who is not a salaried employee of Bigelow Oil Company, Inc., I agree to the extent permitted by law, to pay reasonable attorney fees and court costs. *Any discount given regarding oil pricing will be lost when accounts are past due on agreed pricing terms. Customers will be charged full retail price per gallon on the day of delivery. NOTICE TO BUYER (S): DO NOT SIGN BEFORE YOU READ THIS AGREEMENT. ALSO YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A COPY OF THIS AGREEEMNT AND THE INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS TO DISPUTE BILLING ERRORS. BUYER (S) HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES RECEIPT OF A TRUE COPY OF THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT AND BILLING ERRORS INFORMATION.
Authorization: I authorize Bigelow Oil Company, Inc. to check my credit record and to report to the Credit Bureaus and lawful recipients my performance of the account applied for. If credit is extended as a result of this application I agree to make payment promptly in accordance with Bigelow Oil Company, Inc's. terms of credit, as stated on the back of your invoice and/or statement.
