There are some simple steps that will help you troubleshoot your heating system:

  • Is your emergency switch on (usually located at top of basement stairs)?
  • Are any circuit breakers/fuses tripped or blown?
  • Is your thermostat set above room temperature?
  • Are the batteries in your digital thermostat working?
  • Did you press the reset button (once and ONLY once)?

If you’re still having trouble after trying these steps, don’t hesitate to contact us and schedule a check-up.

Oil prices fluctuate because it is a globally traded commodity that is affected by supply and demand fundamentals, geo-political events, and cold weather to name a few. Most full service dealers are very competitive, and you will most likely find most full service dealer?s pricing comparable.

Some smaller or ?C.O.D.? type companies may offer a cheaper price, but may not offer automatic delivery, emergency service, or deliveries when needed. Like so many other businesses, there is ?no such thing as a free lunch? in the heating oil business!
